| Additional Information: | 2001: This house was built in ca. 1917 by William F. Klatt. That year Klatt was working as a cupola tender but, by 1919, he was a molder at the Spring City Foundry Co. Klatt and his wife Inez had at least two children named Avis and Spencer. William apparently passed away between 1934 and 1936; however, by 1936, Inez remarried to Walter Howard, a bench head at the Waukesha Motor Co. The Howards remained in the home into the 1940s; however, by 1950, a renter was noted at this address. |
