| Additional Information: | Town of Waukesha Assessor records indicate that the house and barn were built around 1939 and the garage was built in 1976. 1940 and 1954 plat maps appear to place the property within a 30+-acre parcel owned by Ed A. Horning. House was remodeled in 1997, which included the addition of the front facade dormer. 2000- single gable main block and gable-front ell. Sheathed with irregularly coursed, square-cut Lannon stone. Asphalt roof, exterior end chimney. 1-over-1, double-hung sash and single-pane windows. Gable roof dormer on facade. Entrance is located on the main block and is sheltered by the ell. Behind the house are two gambrel-roof outbuildings. the building closer to the house is constructed of concrete block. It has bay doors "on the eaves side" and a wooden 2nd floor balcony in the peak. The second building is a taller wood-frame barn (AHI #0120076) |
