| Additional Information: | Built between 1913 and 1926 according to Sanborn-Perris maps. May have been modernized with stone veneer at a later date. 2016- "This one-story, brick, commercial vernacular building was constructed c.1920 and historically was used for automobile sales and service. It has a rectilinear footprint with stone veneer cladding, a flat roof, and stepped parapet. Three large windows divide the façade into three fenestration bays, with a pedestrian entrance located between the center and eastern bay. Two more glass block windows are present on the western elevation. Sign panels are located over each window bay. Four garage bays access the building from the west elevation. The remaining fenestration consists of boarded narrow windows.
