Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE: Good example of an architect designed - Colonial Revival Style double flat with integrity of form and appearance. Symmetrical, 2 1/2 story, gable roof with asbestos shingles, clapboard siding, double-hung and sliding replaced windows, boxed cornice, brackets, enclosed porch with a boxed pedimented cornice, flat roof over open porch, rock-face block foundation.
