Supposedly the first school in the county with indoor plumbing. 1999: The current owner is Lee N. Martin. 2025: This one-and-one-half-story brick schoolhouse currently functions as a house. It has a truncated hip roof with asphalt shingles, internal brick chimney, bell tower, double entrances, one-over-one vinyl windows, and a stone foundation. Outbuildings include a circa 1980 front-gabled metal pole barn with circa 1990 shed roof additions, a circa 1990 metal pole barn, and a circa 2020 front-gabled garage with asphalt shingle roof, composite siding, and concrete foundation. |
