PAIRED WINDOWS UNDER SEGMENTAL ARCHES; BAYS IN ELL AND ON SIDE Resurveyed March 2011; new roof 2011- "This 2-story ltalianate house was constructed c.1890. It is L-shaped in plan with cream brick walls and foundation and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan. The front door is located on the south elevation near the southeast corner; the steps of a small wooden stoop are accessed from the east side. A bay window is located in the corner of the ell; a second bay window is located in the center of the south elevation. Windows throughout the house are tall, narrow, 1-over-1 double-hung and (with the exception of the bay windows) are grouped in pairs. Each pair has a segmental arch brick crown.
