NOTES
Additional Information:Historic photos show that the main facade of this small Boomtown two-story commercial building was originally clad in clapboards and had two large show room lights flanking a centered entrance. The facade is now clad in board and batten (first story) and the upper story is clad in wood shingles. The construction date of this building is not known but it predates 1892 and may appear on the 1874 Bird's Eye view of Lodi, although this is just a guess.

Charles G. Cummings came to Lodi in 1881, however, so if he was the original owner of this building then it was built between 1881 and 1892.
