| Additional Information: | A demolition permit application for this property was filed on March 22, 2017 and on December 20, 2017. This 2-story Gabled Ell house was constructed in 1884. It is irregular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with an entry porch along the ell and two 1-over-1 windows in the front-gabled building mass. The second story contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows and a single door. Inside the entry porch is a 1-over-1 window and a single door. The porch has square wooden supports and railings and is accessed by a set of wooden steps. The flat roof of the porch serves as a walk-out balcony for the second-story door. Resurveyed July 2012; changes include the addition of vinyl siding and the removal of a decorative bargeboard from the dominant gable. |
