2010: This 23-story, high-rise apartment building features bays formed by heavy concrete piers. Each bay on the northeast and southwest facades is fitted with plate-glass windows shaded by thin, half-elliptical concrete overhangs. On the main (northwest) elevation these elliptical elements extend to the point that they serve as balconies.
