2010: This nine-story, astylistic, pressed brick apartment building features single and triple, one-over-one, double-hung windows and a modern entrance. It is devoid of any other significant architectural ornamentation.

Designed by M. Coifman, the Bon-Aire Apartment Building was constructed in 1950.
