The design appears in a Hopkins publication titled "Houses and Cottages." copyrighted in 1889 as Design No. 15. Identical houses are found at 214 S. Third St. in Delevan (record # 10031), West Broadway Avenue in Fairfield Iowa, and in Osceola, Iowa. |
