| Additional Information: | This two story Commercial Vernacular building was built in 1870. The building has a projecting storefront consisting of two storefront bays with recessed doors, capped within a continuous line of transom windows. The right corner of the transom band is supported on a Stick-style bracket. It is unknown whether the storefront configuration is original to the 1870s or a later addition. The upper story is clad in cream brick and contains three modern double hung windows which are smaller than the original openings. The facade is capped by a shaped parapet with an arched middle section and a painted wood cornice with brackets, scalloped dentils, and moldings. |
