GARLANDED FRIEZE. The land for the library and a sum of money for a library was donated by Col. William Matheson in memory of his parents. The original builidng was dedicated in 1930. An addition was made in 1990. Previously surveyed in 1999. A second addition was made to the library, this one along N. Wisconsin Avenue, in 2004. |
