Governor Julius Heil squirting milk from a cow on a parade float. The Governor climbed aboard the float during the dairyland parade, a part of Milwaukee's celebration of Wisconsin Products Week. He is wearing a flower and a button reading "drink more milk" on his lapel. A portion of the crowd can be seen at bottom right. In the background is Jackson's Clothes at 180 W. Wisconsin Avenue. |
