This map was engraved from original drawings and surveys taken by Louis Lipman. Includes Milwaukee street directory on the left hand side. Bottom right corner contains a reference key that corresponds to points of interest on the map. Shows wards, railroads, street railways, selected buildings and hotels, and some landowners. Includes manuscript annotations of street cars in 1877.
