Osseo Cheerleaders Wearing Indian Headdresses
Four Osseo cheerleaders with the letter "O" sewed to their sweaters pose on one knee with pompoms covering their legs. They wear (Sioux) Native American headdresses while attending the state boy's basketball tournament. A man is posed squatting between the four girls, also wearing a (Sioux) Native American headdress. On his shoulders, cuffs, and pants are embroidered beadwork of floral designs in the Ho Chunk (Winnebago) Native American style. |
