Printed in Germany. Text on back reads: "Camp Douglas, Wis. is the location of the state military encampment and drill grounds of the Wisconsin National Guard. One of the features of interest in this vicinity is the peculiar formation of rocks, which rise in isolated pillars from land as level as a floor - - landmarks from the eruptions of former ages. A splendid view of the camping grounds and barracks may be had from passing trains of the North Western Line between Chicago, St. Paul and Minneapolis." |
