Chapman's Sectional Map of Wisconsin : With the Most Recent Surveys

This map with an ornamental border shows the township survey grid and identifies counties, named towns, cities and villages, rivers, lakes, railroads (completed and not completed), roads, and the Menomonee and Oneida reservations. Horicon Marsh is labeled Horicon Lake. Juneau County is identified and Wood County is depicted but not named. The lower left corner reads: "Entered according to act of Congress in the year 1855 by S. Chapman in the clerks office of the District Court of the state of Wisconsin."
