This map of Wisconsin and a portion of Minnesota from the U.S. General Land Office shows the township surveys in progress in portions of the Saint Croix River region and in central Wisconsin along the Fourth Principal Meridian. Much of northern Wisconsin and all of the Menominee Indian and the Oneida Indian lands remain un-surveyed. Surveys have been completed in the area south and east of the Wisconsin and Fox rivers. Few place names are given.
