The photograph appeared in an article called "Quick fix at Phan Rang" in the 1967 issue of "International Harvester World". The original caption reads, "Work begins in last daylight, continues under floodlights. Hitch plate is bolted to section to be removed, then attached by cables to Pay scrapers. As much as 400 feet of runway a night has been repaired." |
