| Portrait of Roger Steeper in speed skating stance. Roger was a double winner in the 3rd & 4th grade class at the City Speed Skating Races at Vilas Park. He broke the 50-yard race record with an 8.3 second effort, and also won the 100-yard race in 15.5 seconds. |
