The original typewritten caption reads: "Model 53 International Motor Truck equipped with moving van body and owned by the Sam Davis Company, Toledo, Ohio. This company is engaged in coal, moving, and contract hauling work. Besides the Model 53 shown, it also owns another Model 53, both of which are engaged in moving household goods. All told this company owns nineteen International Motor Trucks. In addition to the 53's it owns three Model F's, 2 Model K's, two Model 63's, seven Model 101's, and three Model 103's. The company operates its own garage and has three men employed to oil, gas, and keep the trucks in repair. With the questionnaire are provided two forms, on one of which daily truck operating and gasoline data are written, and on the other trip data are recorded." |
