Iceboat Owners Prepare for Hearst Trophy Challenge

Examining the sails of the iceboat the "Mary B" are Jim Lunder, at left, and Mary Ann Bernard, center, and Carl Bernard, right. Mr. Lunder is skipper and part owner of the "Fritz," another racing boat, and Mr. Bernard sails the "Mary B." Both boats will represent Madison's Four Lakes Ice Yacht club in competition with the Oshkosh sailing club when the Hearst races being held on Lake Monona. The Madison club is the defending champion.
