"Stairway to a Champ" float in a parade. The float includes the five cars raced by Van Steiner of Argyle along with his helmets and trophies. Van won the Madison Soap Box Derby in the car at the top, marked "Wisconsin State Journal," and competed in it at Derby Downs, Akron, Ohio. Van stands at the back wearing his champion shirt from Akron. His brother sits in the top car. |
