George William Piernot (1922-2000) standing outdoors wearing his Madison Fire Department uniform near the garage and home of his parents George Francis and Rhody (Boyum) Piernot at 709 North Street. Piernot served as a member of the Madison Fire Department from about 1946 until his retirement in 1977. He primarily worked at stations 7 and 9, where he drove the ladder truck. |
