Madison Rifle Club
The Madison Rifle Club has won the Southern Wisconsin League Championship for the third straight year. The pictured sharpshooters won the 1949-50 title with a record of 18 wins and two defeats. Madison has won the title four out of the last five years. This year's championship squad established a new record-high team score in the league with a 1,470 out of a possible 1,500 in three positions: prone, sit, and standing. Members of the Madison team from left to right are: Back row, G. Bonn, M. Severson, R. Wallace, A. Denmann, J. Thompson, F. Jenks, Russ Pope, Dr. Claude Reading, C. Standorf. Front Row: R.
