A group of civilian workers from Port Hueneme exit an International trailer used in transportation to and from the naval base. The original caption reads: "In the transport of the thousands of civilian employes [sic] to and from the Port of Hueneme, International tractor-trucks, pulling huge bus-type trailers, are used as shown. The "single-shots" show a late Model KR-11 pulling a trailer bus, whose seating capacity is 72 passengers. The bus shown was bound for Santa Barbara, 45 miles away. It was making a round trip of 98 miles and 14 stops each way."
