ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Text on back reads, "ALGERIA is a French Province on the North Coast of Africa, bounded North by the Mediterranean Sea, East by Tunis, West by Morocco. The climate is temperate and healthful in the mountains. Our picture, taken on the spot, represents the native Algerine in his national costume. The natives are Arabs and Berbers; the latter are descendants of the ancient Numidians. The native religion is Mohammedan. Even on this far off coast of Africa the civilizing influence of our "Singer" is felt, and our Agent has supplied the native as well as French inhabitants with thousands of Singer Machines."
