Milwaukee College
The central gothic structure was built around 1852 for the Milwaukee Female College and the wings were added at a later time. Later this building was used as the Hotel Carlton. It stands (in 1939) at the southeast corner of Juneau Avenue and Milwaukee Street. Women and children are standing in front of the building. |
