View looking down at a crowd of people holding the first Earth Day March as they arrive at the Wisconsin State Capitol at the top of State Street. The march was organized by the Ecology Students Association. A marcher at the front of the parade is carrying the ecology flag. Two marchers have been identified as students Gregory James and Charley Wolfe.
