Evergreen Park Cottage Sanatorium

The Evergreen Park Cottage Sanatorium, where in 1903 Dr. W.B. Hopkins opened the first tuberculosis sanatorium in Wisconsin. Financial problems caused the sanatorium to be abandoned in 1905. From a holiday greeting card which benefited the Charitable, Educational and Scientific Foundation of the State Medical Society of Wisconsin.
