Exterior of the Brodhead Cheese Factory purchased in 1904/5 by Casper Jaggi. The business shipped cheese in barrels, which were at first stored in the open, via railroad to Charlie Zucher of Chicago. Englebritzen mural, extended can track, ramp/boiler room, and whey tanks were added later. |
