Herman Kruse (left) and Ed Papke (right) on the occasion of Papke's retirement. Papke was a founding member of Local 7, Amalgamated Lithographers of America. Among the retirement gifts he received were "a Pen and Pencil set to replace the ones Papke wore out during 46 years of service to Local 7, a chair to relax in, a lamp to read by, and a suitcase to travel with." |
