One of the many demonstrations organized by the People's Progressive Party in Milwaukee to fight the ever-rising cost of living. The campaign includes the possibility of a week's boycott on meat and calls for establishment of city-run milk distributions, among other features. A number of such demonstrations have taken place in different parts of the city. This one was on Wisconsin Avenue in the heart of the downtown area. - Wisconsin CIO News
