J.P. Dickson

Quarter-length oval portrait of J.P. Dickson. He was born in Danville, Caledonia county, Vermont. Dickson emigrated to Wisconsin on June 20th, 1836, and resided in Janesville. He was present and assisted in raising the first cabin in Janesville. Dickson served as a Janesville alderman to the third ward prior to or during 1866.

Quarter-length oval portrait of Henry M. Barnes. He was born in Bedford, New Hampshire, in 1818, and came to Wisconsin Territory in 1834.
John Slothower

Quarter-length oval portrait of John Slothower. He was born in Pennsylvania and came to Wisconsin in 1836. He resided in Stevens Point, and was 45 years old at the time of the photograph.
John Porter

Quarter-length oval portrait of John Porter. He was born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on February 27, 1798, and came to Wisconsin in April of 1827.
Daniel Baxter

Quarter-length oval portrait of Daniel Baxter. He was born in Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts, and came to Wisconsin in 1836.
