Well-dressed men, women and children are posed in a gazebo built over the Iodo-Magnesian Springs northwest of Beloit in preparation to drinking the medicinal waters. The springs were developed by Thomas Crowder Chamberlain and his brother in 1875. Eventually they were given to Beloit College. |
