Family near Windmill
Sixteen people, including four small children dressed in white, are posed in front of a picket fence standing before a small frame house. A windmill and horse and wagon are also prominent in the scene. The windmill is a patented design by W.D. Nichols (patents of January 1, 1867 and April 19, 1870) and was manufactured by the Challenge Mill Company of Batavia, Illinois. |
