Holiday postcard depicting the traditional St. Nicholas figure garbed in a long purple fur-trimmed robe, red fur-trimmed hat and boots. He is pushing a wheelbarrow full of gifts, holly and pine boughs, and is wearing a basket on his back full of toys for children. Printed at bottom right: "A Merry Christmas." Chromolithograph. The card also has metallic gold ink throughout and is embossed. Printed in Germany.
