Early Power Boat Used for Fishing

Steamboat on Long Lake owned by Lorenzo Newman of Chippewa Falls. It is anchored at Newman Peninsula on Long Lake near a wet boathouse. The boat was operated by steam and used as an excursion boat. It had cushioned seats, electric lights and a canvas canopy. In the background is the far shoreline of the lake. |
