Senator Wiley is pictured here with six-year old Robert Millegan just before he left his office for the Senate Floor. Wiley urged prompt provisions of an additional $10 million of school milk funds to keep the program rolling this year. He also introduced a bill to broaden the program from the present fifty million dollars to at least seventy-five million dollars for next year." |
