A group of skiers are resting on a bench, five others are on the ski run and several are coming up the tow rope. The poles and pulleys for the tow rope are overhead. The view from the top of the hill includes trees, more skiers and the Lodge at the bottom of the ski run. Hardscrabble Ski Area was located in the Blue Hills east of Rice Lake.
