Caption reads: "POLICEMEN PAINT INJURED OFFICER'S HOME — Off duty Milwaukee policemen swarmed over a house belonging to Patrolman Ralph Waters Thursday as they applied a coat of primer. They will paint the house Sunday. Walters, of 3134 S. 55th st., suffered a skull fracture in the recent rioting." |
