Jim Sletten, operator of the cigar stand in the State Office Building, fires the heavy ball down the alley. He has 163 games to his credit. He is one of about fifteen visually impaired participants who gather weekly on Tuesdays at Playdium Alleys located at 112 North Fairchild Street. None of the participants has vision better than 10 percent.
