ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Helen Farnsworth Mears (December 21, 1872 - February 17, 1916) was a noted sculptor born and raised in Oshkosh. Her works include "Genius of Wisconsin" which was exhibited at the World Columbian Exposition of 1893, and the statue of Frances Willard in the United States Capitol. Her sister, Louise Morilla Mears (1866-1925), the wife of Frank B. Fargo, was Stuart's and Frank Jr.'s mother.
