Invitation to a Winter Holiday Party

Image

Hand-drawn invitation by Sid for a Gisholt Machine Company winter holiday party that reads: "Come what will — we observe our holidays still." Dec. 21st, 5 P.M., 1209 Burning Wood Way." A tapped keg connected to a still, which bears a winter scene and Christmas-like tree, is dripping into a champagne glass. Beneath the still, six candles are burning, and a man in business attire is holding up the invitation.
