Mosaic at Holy Name Seminary Installed
A mosaic designed by Felix G. Senger measuring 24 by 30 feet and composed of 360,000 pieces of mosaic was installed in the new chapel of Holy Name Seminary. The mosaic was assembled by the August Wagner Institute for Mosaic and Glass in Berlin, Germany. After assembly, it was disassembled into 500 large sheets and the Roehm Tile and Mosaic Company, Wisconsin Dells, installed the mosaic in December. |
