Publicity still from "The Bridges at Toko-Ri," a 1954 Paramount Pictures release about the Korean War that starred William Holden (right) as a bomber pilot, Grace Kelly, and Racine's Fredric March (aka Ernest Frederick Bickel) as Rear Admiral Tarrant. March was one of the most honored actors of his time, and he was equally adept on the stage and the screen. March's personal papers are available for research at the Wisconsin Historical Society. |
