Two men sharpening tools from the back of an International C-5 truck equipped with a special body and grinding equipment. The truck was owned by Pacific Saw Filing. The men are, (L to R): John Ciffone and William Richard. The filing business was located at the corner of Keefer and Vernon Drive in Vancouver, British Columbia. |
