Original caption: "The SR-2 Scout from International trucks. Shown for the first time in an advance model at the Chicago Auto Show, February 21- March 1 1970, this limited-production version of the popular four-wheel drive Scout features the V-304 V8 engine, developing 193 horsepower at 4400 rpm, 262 foot-pounds of net torque at 2500 rpm. Equipped with the T-39 console-shit 3 speed automatic transmission and a single-lever transfer case with high and low four-wheel-drive ranges as well as two-wheel high, the SR-2 offers excellent on and off-road performance features.
