See also Image ID: 110447 From Jim Allen: "1971 Scout 800B With Comanche Package. The last 'Doll-Up' package in the 800 line, was the Comanche. This one is shown in a Design Studio image. The Southwest/Native American themed package that included an Alpine White body with a prairie Gold top and hood, special Comanche appliques, deep-dish chrome wheels with General Scrambler white-letter tires. The black interior had bucket seats, rear sliding rear quarter windows, AM radio and courtesy lights. There were six possible combinations of powertrain, but only using the 6-232 inline six of V-304 V8 combined with either 4 or 4-speed manual or automatic. Only 1,500 were listed as having been built."
